## Vendor claims and neutral signals

- Mistral says Voxtral Mini Transcribe 3 ranks 3rd on the FLEURS multilingual transcription and English diarization benchmarks. This is a vendor claim.

## Notes

- Mistral says Voxtral Mini Transcribe 3 has 4B parameters, and that Small Transcribe 3 outperforms Whisper, Scribe v2 and Gemini 3.5 Transcribe on its own evaluations.

Nothing yet. We have not run Voxtral 3 ourselves, so every fact here is Reported from the sources below.

## Not verified, left out

- Per-model context windows and license terms were not captured; Mistral offers API access (EU, US, global endpoints) and self-deployment, but we did not verify the terms for either.
- Mistral also shipped a Voice Agent SDK (built on LiveKit) with the launch, plus Pro Voice adaptation; we list prices only.
