## What changed

- The repository packages eleven Claude skills, from /founder-board to /founder-plan, meant to be run in order, each reading what the others wrote into a founder/ folder in the project.
- /founder-consumer spins up a panel of buyer sub-agents (100 by default) from your target customer, each with its own income, habits and objection, and tallies who buys and why.
- /founder-cfo works out contribution per sale, profit margin, break-even per day, a month-by-month first year and cash needed; /founder-plan compiles everything with a verdict of Profitable, Not yet or Incomplete.
- It installs as a Claude Code plugin (/plugin marketplace add, then /plugin install), by copying the skill folders, or by pasting a single SKILL.md into a chat, which loses the sub-agents and Python tools.
- The README says it is free and MIT licensed with no signup or API key; its tools need Python 3.8 or newer. The repo showed about 1.9k stars and 262 forks when we read it.
