- login, logout and whoami rewritten for agents: without a TTY or with --json, login prints the device code as JSON and exits; login --device-code finishes after approval.
- Device login creates an API key stored in ~/.manufact/auth.json (mode 0600); MANUFACT_TOKEN overrides the stored key; logout revokes the key login created.
- mcp-use link / unlink save { orgId, serverId } in .manufact/project.json and add .manufact/ to .gitignore; deploy reads and writes that link.
- Deployments wait for a running state by default (--no-wait for immediate results); environment variables are scoped to the selected production or preview branch.
- Patch adds include organization members/invitations, publishing checklist commands, alert rules with optimistic concurrency, domain management and GitHub App connection commands.
