> On November 5, 2026 Mistral expanded its Studio enterprise platform with managed agents and apps, plus new workflow, enterprise context, observability and evaluation features. Mistral says Studio can run in its cloud, a customer VPC or on-premises, and that one internal workflow built on it saves its product operations team about 35 hours a week.

## What changed

- Managed Agents runs autonomous agents built in Python with the mistralai-agents SDK: per-session sandboxes hosted by Mistral, skills, subagents, MCP servers and connectors, secrets, guardrails and custom hooks, with approvals for chosen tool calls.
- A workflow builder turns a natural-language description into a workflow that Mistral Vibe writes, tests and deploys, with editable generated code, event triggers from enterprise systems and a visual graph of each workflow (public preview).
- Connectors now speak HTTP as well as MCP: a web API can be registered by describing its operations, so agents and workflows can call it without anyone hosting an MCP server (private preview).
- A new mistral apps CLI (init, dev, deploy) scaffolds a Studio app from a capability registry, runs it locally and deploys it to Studio in one command; a new Mistral MCP server lets other coding agents deploy to Studio too.
- Observability and evals: managed agents send agent, model and tool spans to Studio by default with secret and personal-data redaction, and an Evaluation SDK, managed datasets from CSV or JSONL, and datasets built from production traces arrive in public preview.
- Mistral says Studio and the models can be deployed in its cloud, a customer's own VPC, on-premises or a mix, and names ABANCA, Accenture, BNP Paribas, Capgemini and Tata Consultancy Services among production users.

## In the source's words

## What we have not verified

- We did not build or run a managed agent, workflow or app in Mistral Studio ourselves.
- Time savings (about 35 hours a week, hundreds of hours a month) are Mistral's own figures for internal use and were not independently checked.
- Neither source lists pricing for managed agents, workflows or apps; several features are in public or private preview and availability may differ by plan.
