Primary source: Google developer blog: Introducing Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash. We are the fast, independent index; the vendor’s own page is the source of record for this release.

In the source’s words

“We have dropped the price 30% from Gemini Omni 1.1 making it available at $0.07 per second for 720p video.”

“You can now generate and edit videos natively up to 15 seconds long, up from 10 seconds with Omni 1.1.”

What we have not verified

  • We did not call the Gemini API or generate clips with Omni 1.2 Flash ourselves.
  • Consistency, lip-sync and camera-control claims are Google's; we did not A/B test against Omni 1.1.
  • App rollouts (Flow, Vids, Gemini Ultra, Ads) may lag the API GA by product; we only confirmed the announcement text.
