What we collect

• Newsletter signup: your email address and the page you signed up from (for example “home”). We use it to send the confirmation email, a one-time welcome email with your cheat-sheet links, and the weekly newsletter. The signup page is stored with your subscription so we can see which pages bring in readers. We do not use cookies or tracking pixels for this, and our emails contain no tracking images.
• Contact, sponsor and submit forms: whatever you type into the form (name, email, message, links).
• Server logs: our host and any service in front of it may log IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and operations.

The site itself does not currently set cookies or run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

How the newsletter signup works

We use double opt-in: after you submit your email we ask our email provider to send you a confirmation message, and you are only added once you click the link in it. Signup requests are checked for abuse (a hidden field and a rate limit); the rate limit keeps your IP address in server memory for a short time and does not store it. If the newsletter provider is not configured, we store nothing and show you an email address to contact instead.

Agentic Weekly is operated from Texas, United States. We do not sell personal data.

Who processes your data

Newsletter and form emails are sent through Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider, which holds your email address and sends the confirmation and newsletter messages on our behalf. Messages you send through the contact, sponsor and submit forms are emailed to hello@theagenticweekly.com through the same provider. The site is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Newsletter signup collects your email address only. We do not sell your email address or share it for advertising.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter.
• Ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@theagenticweekly.com.
• If you are in the EU, the UK or California, you can email hello@theagenticweekly.com to access, correct or delete your personal data, and we will honor reasonable requests.

Retention

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Subscriber email addresses are kept until the subscriber unsubscribes or asks us to delete them. Form messages are kept as long as needed to reply and keep records.

Affiliate links and sponsorship

Some outbound links are affiliate links and some listings are paid. Following them may share your visit with the third party under its own privacy policy. See our editorial policy.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your country).
