Submit a tool or release
Launched something, or shipped a notable update? Send it over.
- Submitting is free and does not guarantee coverage.
- We cover what we find useful; verdicts are independent.
- Want guaranteed visibility? See featured listings, which are always labelled as paid.
- Useful details: what’s new, who it’s for, a link to release notes or docs, and a free trial if you have one.
What we cover
We track 139 AI and agent tools, 43 of them smoke-tested by us and 96 written up from official sources. Notable releases are drawn from vendors’ own release notes, GitHub releases, docs and announcements. We track a limited set of tools, so a submission is judged against the tools already in its category. These are the categories we publish today, with how many tools sit in each:
| Category | Tools tracked | Smoke-tested |
|---|---|---|
| Vibe coding | 11 | 2 |
| AI coding agents | 20 | 6 |
| Agent building | 33 | 20 |
| AI video | 10 | 1 |
| Writing | 7 | 0 |
| Music | 3 | 0 |
| Image generation | 10 | 1 |
| Small business | 6 | 1 |
| AI assistants | 4 | 0 |
| AI search and research | 3 | 0 |
| Local LLMs and model platforms | 13 | 6 |
| No-code automation | 5 | 0 |
| MCP servers | 11 | 9 |
| AI meeting assistants | 5 | 0 |
| AI design and presentations | 2 | 0 |
| AI voice and speech | 10 | 2 |
A tool can sit in more than one category. If your tool fits none of these, say so in the form; we may not cover it.
What makes a submission easy to cover
- A link to the vendor’s own release notes, changelog, docs or pricing page. Everything we publish about a release is read from sources like these and linked on the page.
- What changed, in one or two sentences, and the version or date it shipped.
- Who it is for and what it replaces or sits next to, so we can place it in the right category.
- How to try it: install command, free tier or trial, and any account or API key it needs.
- Limits we should know about: platforms it does not run on, features still in preview, pricing that depends on a plan.
What happens after you submit
- Your note is emailed to the address on the contact page. We do not promise coverage, a reply, or a publish date.
- If we cover it, the entry is labelled Reported (written from official sources, not run by us) unless we ran it and say exactly what was run, on what, and what was not covered, in which case it is labelled Tested. A Tested label means a smoke test, not a benchmark. See the methodology.
- Entries list what we could not verify and, where relevant, cons. You cannot review or edit the write-up first; we will correct factual errors you document with a source.
- Submitting does not change a verdict or a rank. Paid featured listings are separate and always labelled.
