Cloudflare Agents SDK 0.32.0 rebuilds Agent Skills loading and adds experimental OpenTelemetry spans
Cloudflare Agents SDK agents@0.32.0 (October 29, 2026) is a breaking change for agents/skills: skills now load from Workspace files, R2 or code, SKILL.md is checked against the Agent Skills spec, and SkillRegistry is replaced by loadSkillCatalog() and createSkillTools(). It also adds an experimental experimental_registerOpenTelemetry() to agents/observability.
